Applications:

Different applications have various processes. For example, the Membrane Press (vacuum press) covers materials on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc. It is mainly used for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. The thickness of the panel could be 0.20-0.50mm. The width of the roll is set at 1260mm, and 1400mm, while the length could be 100-300m. It also envelops an embossed board, and is capable to do five surfaces at the same time.

For the Wrapping Profiles, its The thickness of the panel could be 0.12-0.18mm, width 40-1260mm, and length 300-800m. It is suitable to cover on all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. such as door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on.

As for the Cold Laminating, the thickness is set at 0.12-0.20mm, width 1240-1260mm, and length 300-500m. It is good for wrapping layers on all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. for doors and furniture.

In addition, the Hot Laminating works with 0.16-0.30mm thickness, 1260mm width, and 200-300m length. Its purpose is to cover steel panel, aluminum panel and PVC panel for various uses, such as doors, skirting, and more.

For Self-adhesive, it has 0.10-0.20mm thickness, 600mm/1220mm width, 5-50m/roll length, and is capable to put on any smooth surface for furniture and interior decorations.
