Applications:
The different processes for varying applications include Membrane Press (vacuum press), Wrapping Profiles, Cold Laminating, Hot Laminating and Self-adhesive.
Membrane Press (vacuum press) is used for covering on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, and etc, for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, furniture. It can also cover embossed boards and cover five surfaces all at once. It has a width of 1260-1400mm, length of 100-300m/roll and thickness of 0.20-0.50mm.
Wrapping Profiles can mainly be used for covering up all kinds of profiles like wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, and etc, for door frames, window sills, base channel and PVC ceilings. It is 0.12-0.18mm thick, 40-1260mm wide and 300-800m/roll long.
The Cold Laminating process can be used for covering all kinds of flat panels like wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, and etc, for doors as well as furniture. It has a width of 1240-1260mm, length of 300-500m/roll and thickness of 0.12-0.20mm.
Hot Laminating also used for covering PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and others. It is 0.16-0.30mm thick, 1260mm wide and 200-300m/roll long.
The Self-adhesive process is suitable for putting onto any kind of smooth surface for furniture, indoor decorations and etc. It has a width of 600mm/1220mm, length of 5-50m/roll and thickness of 0.10-0.20mm.
