Different Process for Different Application

Membrane Press (vacuum press): Thickness is between 0.20 and 0.50 mm, width ranges from 1260 mm to 1400 mm and length is usually between 100 and 300 m per roll. This process covers MDF, particleboard, wooden boards, fiberboard and other surfaces that are meant to be used for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, furniture and more. Cover embossed boards as well, again, up to five surfaces at the same time.

Wrapping Profiles: Thickness is between 0.12 and 0.18 mm, width can reach up to 1260 mm, while the length is between 300 and 800 m per roll. It covers all sorts of profiles, which include wood profile, aluminum profile and PVC profile. It is efficient for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceilings and so forth.

Cold Laminating: Thickness is between 0.12 and 0.20 mm, width between 1240 and 1260 mm, and length between 300 and 500 m per roll. It works with all types of flat panels, such as wood panels, steel panels, aluminum panels, PVC panels and whatever other panels could be found, and is applicable for doors and furniture.

Hot Laminating: Thickness is between 0.16 and 0.30 mm, width is 1260 mm and length between 200 and 300 m per roll. It covers PVC panels, steel panels and aluminum panels and is recommended for doors, skirting and such.

Self-adhesive: Thickness between 0.10 and 0.20 mm, width 600 mm or 1220 mm and usually from 5 to 50 m per roll. It is for any kind of smooth surface, therefore it can be applied to furniture and indoor decorations.
